If you choose the InkSurvey name "test" then this InkSurvey will be given the address http://ticc.mines.edu/hp/survey.php/test/ (it will also appear as a link below on this web page). Both you and your students go to this web page. You log in using your login account password to access the instructor's part of this web page. The students do not log in since the questions you write and activate will appear on this web page.
