Sign-up for a new account

This creates a survey login account (you need an account to create a different InkSurvey web page for each class). Enter a user name, email address, and password. You will be sent a key to activate your account in an email message. You only need to create ONE login account. You will use this user name and password for the different InkSurvey web pages you create for each class.


Sign-up for a new survey

This creates an InkSurvey web page for a particular class. Enter the user name and password from your login account and choose a name for this InkSurvey (your students will see this name in the web address so chose the name carefully). You will be sent a key to create this web page in an email message. If you choose the InkSurvey name "test" then this InkSurvey will be given the address http://ticc.mines.edu/hp/survey.php/test/ (it will also appear as a link below on this web page). Both you and your students go to this web page. You log in using your login account password to access the instructor's part of this web page. The students do not log in since the questions you write and activate will appear on this web page.


Sign-up for a new directory

This creates a new directory for multiple InkSurvey web pages. This management tool allows an organization to have all their different surveys in a single location.
